How to register your company
Registration is done with a single form – it creates both your user account and your company listing at the same time. You do not need to register or sign in beforehand.
- Open the registration form by pressing the "Submit listing" button at the bottom of this page.
- Enter your e-mail address and create a password (at least 8 characters). You will use them to sign in to your company dashboard.
- Fill in your company details: name, address, phone number and, if you have them, registration number, VAT number and BIS number.
- Choose the categories that match your fields of activity, for example: wooden windows, window installation, removal of construction debris. You can choose several.
- Describe your business and list any certificates you hold.
- Choose a package – Pro or Premium, agree to the Terms of Service and press "Save". The payment page opens after saving. You will receive a VAT invoice automatically after payment.
- Confirm your e-mail address by clicking the link in the e-mail we send you. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder too.
- Your listing is reviewed and published on the platform once approved. After that, customer requests arrive in your e-mail (and by SMS, if you chose so). Contact the customer and prepare your offer.
Helpful tips
- Address – start typing your address and select it from the Google suggestions. This way your company is shown correctly on the map.
- Phone and WhatsApp – enter digits only, including the country code, without spaces or a "+" sign, for example 37121234567. The WhatsApp number must be exactly the same as in your WhatsApp settings.
- Categories – type at least two letters to search, or press the list icon next to the "Categories" heading to see all categories. The more precisely you choose, the more relevant requests you will receive.
- Description – tell what services or goods you offer, which region you work in and what experience you have. A specific description helps customers choose you.
- Homepage and social media – copy the full link from your browser's address bar, for example https://www.facebook.com/your-page.
- Registration or VAT number – if you are ordering as a company, enter one of them. If you are ordering as a private person, the form will ask you to confirm that you want to start using the service immediately and understand that you lose your right of withdrawal.
- BIS number – optional. It is entered by construction merchants registered in the Register of Construction Merchants.

- If the form says that a listing with the same name already exists, please contact Buvnieks.com support.
- If you already have a company profile, you can edit its details in your company dashboard – there is no need to register again.

Buvnieks.com is not involved in concluding transactions between users and service providers in any way.
The platform serves only as an information and communication environment that helps the parties find each other.
Buvnieks.com does not participate in agreeing on prices, contracts, work performance deadlines, quality, guarantees, payments, or any other terms of cooperation between the parties.
All agreements, obligations, and responsibility for the execution of the transaction remain solely between the customer and the service provider.
Buvnieks.com does not withhold or apply any commission fees from transactions concluded between the parties outside the platform or after contact has been established through the platform.
The user is solely responsible for evaluating the service provider, mutual communication, entering into agreements, and any further cooperation.
