Road construction company SIA “Binders” is a national capital company founded in 1993, which implements various infrastructure construction and reconstruction projects. Currently, it is one of the largest companies in the industry in Latvia. The company’s asphalt concrete plants in Vangaži and Daugavpils, which produce road surface materials, help ensure a high-quality construction process. The raw materials of the production process and the quality of already manufactured products are tested and verified by the company’s road construction materials testing laboratory in Vangaži and its branch in Daugavpils.
